Nuctech™ NRCT1000

NUCTECH NRCT1000-YW X-ray CT Inspection System is a new generation stationary CT (computed tomography) inspection system developed and produced by NUCTECH COMPANY LIMITED. Innovatively utilizing non-rotating gantry CT scanning technology and dualenergy’s CT imaging technology, the system can provide 3D images, 2D images, and CT cut images of inspected items, as well as automatically detect contraband items.

Unlike the rotary CT inspection system, NUCTECH NRCT1000-YW with non-rotating gantry, has overcome the gantry limitation in tunnel size and conveyor speed. It can improve reliability and general availability and reduce maintenance costs. Based on dualenergy’s CT imaging technology, NUCTECH NRCT1000-YW can simultaneously acquire material information such as equivalent atomic number and relative electron density. The system would generate better resolution images, a higher automatic detection rate, and a lower false alarm rate.
